Sam Rosenfeld, co-founder

Sam Rosenfeld holds a MBA from Wharton Business School, a MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management and a BA(Hons) in International Relations and Strategic Studies. A licensed financial securities professional, he served for eleven years as an infantry officer in the British Army’s Royal Irish Regiment, holding a succession of small unit commands across the complete range of operational modes in theatres including Iraq, Northern Ireland, Kosovo and Sierra Leone, and staff appointments including at the interface of operations and defense procurement. On leaving the Army he worked in angel funding before co-founding the Densus Group.

Bart Kohler, co-founder

Bart Kohler is a former US Marine with a breadth of experience in security operations both governmental and private. His military service was primarily as part of the Marine Expeditionary Units (Special Operations Capable) community. Since leaving active duty he has worked as the Team Leader, Counter-Surveillance Detail for an evangelical figure at high risk during his global activities. His work within the private security community has included operations as diverse as ensuring Consular Office member rescue and Office continuity in New Orleans during and after Hurricane Katrina to operations in the Middle East including as a Team Leader in Iraq. His experience includes information technology and cyber-security operations. He served as both a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of small to medium security companies before co-founding the Densus Group.

Adam Leggat

Adam Leggat served in the British Army for twenty one years, both as a soldier in the Gordon Highlanders and as an officer in the Royal Irish Regiment. For most of his career he was based in Northern Ireland conducting counter terrorism and crowd management operations. In addition to his operational command appointments he has also served as a formation search coordinator and as an intelligence officer. He was awarded the Queens Commendation for Valuable Service in 2002 for his work in that role. He has served in a variety of training appointments teaching both counter terrorist tactics and techniques and training units for crowd management operations.

Tony Macisco

Tony Macisco has over 30 years of federal law enforcement and homeland security experience, and 3 years as a private sector senior banking security executive creating a more robust and vital security presence across the corporation for an improved secure environment worldwide while complying with regulatory requirements. He has provided training lectures and exercises to Bankers, US Customs, Homeland Security, state/local police, IRS, FBI, State Department, US Attorneys, and foreign officials both government and business on numerous occasions.
